Digital Goods Policy

Due to the nature of digital generated assets, all purchases of credits are final and non-refundable once any credits have been consumed.

This is because:

  • AI-generated images are instant digital deliverables
  • Once credits are consumed, the corresponding images have been generated and cannot be "returned"
  • Credits are functionally equivalent to digital currency within our platform

Unused Credits

If you have purchased a credit pack and have not consumed any credits, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Contact us with your order details and we will process the refund within 5-10 business days.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service (e.g., persistent generation failures, payment errors), please contact us within 7 days.

We will investigate and, if the issue is on our end, provide credit compensation to your account equal to the affected credits. In cases where credit compensation is not feasible, we may issue a refund at our discretion.

How to Request

To request a refund or credit compensation:

  1. Contact us with the email address associated with your account
  2. Include your order ID and a description of the issue
  3. Our team will respond within 48 hours

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider without first contacting us, your account may be suspended. We are happy to resolve legitimate issues directly — please reach out before disputing a charge.
